All very different, but we all complement each other. And we love our job!
Yes, that’s right, we are a team of 4 ladies that have very different backgrounds, but the most important thing is that we have a full passion and dedication to what we wake up every day.
Managed by Isabel Passos, since 2015, this company was developed every year with a very careful training and understanding of what the Wedding Planning business needs. As the creator of the project, Isabel never believed in giving the company her name. Because she knew she wouldn’t be alone making all this possible for our clients. She would need a team of hands-on dreamers that would make CRACHÁ grow to what it is today. For this, the company went to a very detailed process of team member selection throughout the years. To already be 6 is a big challenge but for sure a confirmation that this business entails lots of specialization, detailed research and different responsibilities.

However, to provide our clients with the most personalized service and very organized timelines, we all focus in different areas of their projects. Who ever said that a Wedding Planning business is a one-person show, clearly hasn’t met our super team of hard working ladies!

“I'm a bit shy when you meet me but when you really get to know me I can be quite goofy. I am also a very calm person, sometimes too calm.
So I believe this wedding and events industry, fast paced and many times stressful, is a good fit for me as I tend to be more focused in the middle of chaos and tension, problem-solving and improvisation are things I'm good at. I am very observant, detail driven, and organized, I sometimes even consider myself a bit obsessive with symmetry, color combinations and overall harmony.
